Suggested use: Isotonic drink prepared by dissolving 30 g (about 1 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Then drink it before training (performance) and partway but no longer than 1 hour. The particular dosage depends on the nature and duration of training, your weight and the nature of the environment. Hypotonic drink prepared by dissolving 30 g (about 1 scoop) in 750 ml of water.
